Abstract

The article offers an overview of the work of the section “Meaning, Idea, Image (Philosophy in Literature): History and Modernity”, held as part of the annual conference “Culture in the Age of Digitalization”, organized by the School of Philosophy and Cultural Studies of the Faculty of Humanities of the National Research University Higher School of Economics. The section, which has been running for more than 10 years, this year was devoted to the issues of interpenetration of philosophy, literature, culture, and the metamorphoses that modern culture is undergoing in the context of digitalization. For the first time, the section was attended by an international team of participants with a representative from the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. The session was also attended by teachers and graduate students of the HSE School of Philosophy and Cultural Studies, graduate students, and teachers of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Russian State University for the Humanities.
